Rural Women's Network
Re-establishing the Rural Women's Network
On 1 July 2017 the Victorian Government re-established the Victorian Rural Women's Network. The network was first formed in 1986 but lapsed in recent years.
You can read about the first Rural Women's Network established in Victoria in 1986.
The new network is working with Victoria's rural women's groups and individuals to share ideas and information. It will also encourage women to have a more active voice in government and community decision-making.
Our dedicated website, social media platform and a regular e-newsletter will keep rural women informed of upcoming events, grants, scholarships, gatherings, activities, publications and resources, and links to other useful services.
