The Young Farmers Advisory Council provides a strong voice for young people in agriculture. The Council also serves to develop the sector leaders of tomorrow.

Council members also act as young ambassadors to attract new entrants to the state's vibrant agriculture sector.

The Victorian Government's Young Farmers Scholarship program aims to support young farmers to build productive and profitable careers in agriculture.
The fourth round of the Young Farmers Scholarships was open from 28 February until 24 April 2018 and is now closed.
