This Workshop provides a proven and practical approach to managing competing priorities so you can make better decisions, rebuild your resilience and capacity and adapt your business to recover from drought and other challenges.
- Learning how to identify key trigger points or events for their farm business, review strategic priorities and know how to optimise resources to mitigate risks, manage costs and seize opportunities;
- Improving their readiness to respond to these trigger points to enable rapid pivoting and minimising disruptions to operations;
- Identifying key stressors (internal/external) unique to their locality and business situation and learning how to navigate and prioritise risks and opportunities;
- Building capacity and confidence in making timely and sound decisions that support business profitability and know how to implement those decisions with on-track/off-track checkpoints and milestones; and
- Strengthening techniques to improve overall adaptability to challenges and change - including contingency planning and access
