Agriculture Victoria and the City of Greater Bendigo invite you to join a FREE  3-hour event to hear from Cath and Adam Jenkins from Rural People Co.

A workshop aimed at helping farm business owners build confidence in leading people, have better conversations and plan for the future.

'Most of us learnt to manage pasture, soils, crops and livestock. But few of us were taught how to manage people, yet today, people shape the success of whether a farm business thrives.'

As farming businesses grow, managing people becomes just as important as managing livestock, crops or machinery. Many successful family farms now rely on employees, contractors and family members working together. At the same time, many businesses are beginning to think about what the future looks like – whether that's preparing the next generation, stepping back from day-to-day management or creating opportunities for growth.
