Maximising profit from your sheep - St Arnaud

Join John Webb Ware, Ben Ashton and Leah Tyrell for the Mackinnon Project roadshow in St Arnaud.

The roadshow will address the key profitability drivers for sheep producers and include:

• the importance of management decisions based around the autumn break
• practical pasture assessment to help determine pasture availability and supplementary feeding needs
• the time of lambing, covering:
  • feed availability
  • market demand
  • labour resources.
• reproductive manipulation techniques.

Morning tea and lunch provided.

1:30 pm - Session 4: Manipulating reproductive performance in your flock.
2:30 pm - Closing discussion and conclusion.
