The Xero component of the workshop will focus on:
- Emailing invoices to Xero
- Attaching statements to line items
- Hubdoc & Dext Demo
- Batch payment
- Rules – when to use when not to use
- Reconciling
- Using items to track inventory (fuel, grain, livestock etc.)
- Reporting using custom reports
The office efficiency component will cover:
- Setting up emails
- Managing receipts
- Dealing with paper records
- Cloud bases storage
- Strategies for keeping up to date
About the presenter.
Delivered by Carmen Quade from Agri Focused, a rural based training and business focused on family farms. Carmen, along with her husband and other family members, are partners in a mixed farming business at Tallimba, in the Northern Riverina. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Business (Agricultural Commerce), a Master of Professional Accounting and a Cert IV in Training Small Groups.
