Help with farm management decisions

All farmers anywhere in Victoria can access advice from technical specialists, such as:

  • farm business advisers
  • livestock nutritionists
  • soil and pasture specialists
  • water experts
  • veterinarians.

Information and advice is provided through one-on-one discussions, webinars, workshops, field days and resources.

One-on-one farm advisory consultations

Any Victorian farmer can book a one-on-one session with a specialist from our panel of farm advisors. Sessions are up to three hours and either face-to-face on-farm or online—plus a follow-up call. You can indicate your preferred consultants from our list of experienced advisors.

Farmers from all regions in Victoria are eligible for two farm advisory consultations per farm business. See the Farm Advisory Service guidelines below for details.

How to register

  1. Fill out the simple expression of interest form
  2. Review the list of approved service providers and indicate your 3 preferred service providers.
  3. Submit your completed form.
