Code of Practice for the Keeping of Racing Greyhounds
The Code of Practice for the keeping of Racing Greyhounds (the Code) was approved by the Minister for Agriculture on 23 April 2018 and came into effect on 1 January 2020.

Consultation on the draft Code
A Regulatory Impact Statement was developed to accompany the draft Code prior to its release for public comment on 14 June 2017. A letter of adequacy was also provided by the Commission for Better Regulation on 3 March 2017.
