Drought support
The Victorian Government is continuing to provide a $146.5 million Drought Support Package to support farmers and communities as they move into recovery and plan for the seasons ahead.
It includes programs for farmers, farming families and rural communities, across the state, with several specifically for farmers in the south west, on top of a range of support services that are always available to farmers.
Along with drought support is separate assistance for those recovering from bushfires. Review the available bushfire support here.
Statewide drought programs include:
- Farm Drought Support Grants
- Farm Advisory Service
- Drought support events
- Look Over the Farm Gate community grants.
