Condition 54D – Diagnostic samples
The movement into Victoria of any sample of diagnostic purposes is prohibited unless it:
- originates from an area covered by an area freedom certificate, issued by an officer responsible for agriculture in the State or Territory from which the host material originated, certifying that the area from is known to be free of PMTV; or
- securely packaged and labelled and consigned to a Biological Containment level 2 (BC2) approved laboratory.
