Conditions

Condition 53 - Queensland Fruit Fly: Lindsay Point Control Area

1. Movement of any QFF affected plants and plant products out of the control area is strictly prohibited.

2. You will need to apply for and grant with a permit issued by an inspector and follow its conditions outlined in that permit to be able to move affected plants and plant products out of control area.

3. You are required to provide access to authorised inspectors to enter your land in the control area to inspect your property, set up traps or lures, applying treatment or undertaking any actions to restrict the spread of QFF.

Authorised inspector directions

An inspector can direct anyone who owns or occupies land in the control area to:

  1. remove host material from plants, collect and dispose of that material properly
  2. treat or destroy the host material as instructed by the authorised inspector.

The area shown on the map is designated as a control area for the control of fruit fly.
