North-west Victoria collection schedule
Bounty program update
The wild dog component of the Victorian Fox and Wild Dog Bounty will cease at the end of this collection season, with the final opportunity to submit wild dog body parts at Maffra on 16 October 2024. Participants will no longer be able to submit wild dog body parts for a reward after this date.
Please check the collection schedule for the final dates, times and locations that wild dog body parts can be submitted.
Fox scalp collections will continue, and the reward will be increased from $10 to $14 per scalp, effective from March 2025, being the start of the 2025 collection season.
The Victorian Fox and Wild Dog Bounty is funded to continue until 30 June 2025.

Participants are encouraged to set up an online account to streamline the application process and ensure prompt electronic payment. Payment by cheque is no longer available.

Acceptable entire fox scalps will be collected from eligible members of the public at specific dates and times, and from sites scheduled as collection centres. Refer to Bounty terms and conditions for more details.
Please note that no entire-fox scalps will be accepted at any public counter or state government office. Collections will only be accepted at the designated times and locations.
