Disease events — Gippsland 2017
The following tables show disease events in the Gippsland region of Victoria between 1 May 2017 and 30 August 2017.
Note: These figures exclude cases where no definitive diagnosis was made.
Figure 1 displays disease events per animal species in the Gippsland region.
The map of Victoria shows that most investigations were in cattle and were located in the shires of Cardinia, Baw Baw, South Gippsland and Wellington. Investigations in poultry were the next most common and these were mostly located on the Mornington Peninsula.
