Notice of the making of a Restricted Area and a Control Area for Avian Influenza under the Livestock Disease Control Act (1994).

I, Cameron Bell, Acting Chief Veterinary Officer, as delegate of the Minister for Agriculture, give notice that—

- Avian Influenza Restricted Area Order 2025 (No. 4) was made under section 26(1) of the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994 on 6 March 2025, to commence on 9 March 2025, which was published in full in Government Gazette No. S 95 on 7 March 2025.

- Avian Influenza Control Area Order 2025 (No. 2) was made under section 29(1) of the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994 on 6 March 2025, to commence on 9 March 2025, which was published in full in Government Gazette No. S 95 on 7 March 2025.

Note that on commencement, Avian Influenza Restricted Area Order 2025 (No. 4) will revoke Avian Influenza Restricted Area Order 2025 (No. 3).
